If you purchased the Registration Fee Reimbursement Plan with FanShield during registration, you may be eligible for a refund through that service. Click here for a list of what they cover. Click here to file your claim or email claims@ticketguardian.net.

Without the Registration Fee Reimbursement Plan, there are absolutely NO refunds, even in the event of race cancellation – NO exceptions.
